Offer Nissim is an Israeli house DJ and producer. He was born in 1964 in Tel Aviv, Israel. As a DJ, Nissim plays twice a month at the TLV club, In Tel Aviv, Israel and occasionally plays in New York City, Montreal and in the famous Living Club in Mexico City.
