Weird thing is, no matter how sick or tired I may be, I'm always down to do something new or crazy. I love adventures, just wish people didn't talk as much about doing crazy shit and actually started joining me. #32 - Hernan Cattaneo

Hernán Cattáneo was born in Buenos Aires, where he grew up listening to bands like Simply Red, Level 42, Depeche Mode and New Order while carefully studying Billboard magazine, the only source of information that was readily available at the time. In 1987, one of his friends visited Vinylmania in New York and returned with some vinyl records. After being inspired by this collection of Chicago house records, featuring artists such as Frankie Knuckles and Inner City, Hernan decided to become a DJ. This music played a role in the music he now plays. Hernán describes the music he plays as deep, progressive, funky and tribal house.

Bob Sinclar, mistaken many times as "Sinclair" (born Christophe Le Friant, 10 May 1969) is a Grammy Award-nominated French record producer, House music DJ, remixer and owner of the label Yellow Productions. After producing hits like "World, Hold on", "Love Generation" and "Sound of Freedom" it's hard to say that Sinclar made it mainstream by accident. What makes Bob Sinclar a great producer is that he is always looking for something new; something people haven't heard before, and if he keeps doing that he will stay on top of the billboards for a long time. Judge Jules (born as Julius O'Riordan) is a British trance DJ known for his show on Radio 1 which achieved global success. He also plays regularly at a number of nightclubs in the UK, and is a resident at Ibiza's Eden Terrace hosting Judgement Sundays in the summer from June until mid-September. Jules is also lifelong and passionate follower of football, like myself. He supports Arsenal FC, who coincidentally play Liverpool FC in just about 8 hours. Which means I should probably head to sleep soon.

Ali Shirazinia, more commonly known as Dubfire or Ali Dubfire, is an Iranian-American house and techno DJ and producer. Dubfire and Sharam are members of the four-time nominated and Grammy Award-winning duo Deep Dish. Dubfire's style is noticeably different than Deep Dish or Sharam, consisting of dark house and techno instead of progressive house.

#48 - Sven Väth

German DJ Sven Väth has produced an extensive range of work since his career began in 1982. He is the owner of the Cocoon Event Media GmbH, which contains his new Label, Cocoon Recordings. Väth started his Cocoon residency in Ibiza's Amnesia about a decade ago. The veteran Frankfurt DJ's Monday night party has been one of the most seminal clubs over these past ten years, shifting the musical focus on the White Island from commercial house and trance to underground techno. Väth and Cocoon paved the way for other techno nights in Ibiza and fostered the minimal techno explosion from Germany. Unsurprisingly then, Sven is quick to cite Amnesia as one of the best clubs he played at this year, as well as his own Cocoon club in Frankfurt.

The Netherlands and Marco Verkuylen (born 1966). To say that Marco V was prolific last year would be something of an understatement. The veteran Dutch DJ/producer released eight singles on his In Charge label that join the dots between energetic trance, big room techno and electro-house. He also released his album 'Propaganda'.

Tyson Illingworth is an Australian progressive trance DJ and producer. Introduced to dance music in his mid teens, it took only a few short months before tyDi had traded in his drum kit and bought his first set of turntables. By the time he was sixteen, he had won his first competition, Brisbane DJ Wars. At the age of 17, tyDi moved from his hometown of Mooloolaba Beach on Queensland's Sunshine Coast, to the state's capital, Brisbane. There he began performing at premier nightclub The Family, who were so impressed with his skills, they made him a permanent resident in 2004.

#53- Erick Morillo

Erick Morillo (born 1971) is a Colombian-American DJ, music producer and record label owner. Having produced under a number of pseudonyms, Morillo is best known for his international work in house music, in particular for the label Strictly Rhythm, and the 1993 hit under the pseudonym Reel 2 Real, “I Like to Move It”, which was featured in commercials, movies and ringtones.

Estimates are that Morillo made over $2 million from Reel 2 Real’s two albums. Fearing that his financial success from Real 2 Real may have hurt both his creative drive and his street credibility. Morillo abandoned the Reel 2 Real alias in 1996, after which he spent a few years establishing himself as an underground DJ, of which he is one of the top-five highest-paid in the world.

If anyone is a global star, Englishman Matt Darey is. His Nocturnal radio show, and its bite-sized sibling, Nocturnal Sunshine, have been broadcast to 133 countries from Belarus to Bosnia, Lithuania to Egypt, for the last four years. The main show is a microcosm of a Darey set: stuffed with new music from a range of genres, it's what takes up the Leicester man's time between gigs at places like Cielo and Gatecrasher.

Whilst his early work was a litany of trance-tinged successes, with Darey employing a host of pseudonyms like Lost Tribe and Red Jerry, more recent output has steered away from the euphoric, and instead toward the tougher territories of house and breakbeat. But, to keep him enthused, Darey is changing direction once again. "I'm experimenting with a live indie-electro band, Urban Astronauts. You never know how it will work out, but so far so good!

Astrix (pseudonym of Avi Shmailov; in Hebrew: אבי שמיילוב) is a Psychedelic Trance DJ and producer specialising in the sub-genre of Full On Psychedelic Trance. He was born in USSR in Caucasus on 05/12/1981 and grew up in Tel Aviv, Israel 1992 as a Mountain Jew. He began recording music under the name Astrix in 1997, sometimes misconceived to be taken from the "Asterix" comic books. An interview on UK clubbing website Harderfaster.net revealed the name was chosen for simply sounding good, and not directly influenced by anything in particular.

The Thrillseekers (born Steve Helstrip) is the name of an English trance DJ, producer and remixer.[1] He has been at the forefront of the trance genre since the release in 1998 of his critically acclaimed track, Synaesthesia. He has also worked under the guises of En Motion, Insigma, Rapid Eye, and Hydra. He is also prominent for his work in remixing, having remixed work by, among others, Tiësto, Ferry Corsten, Timo Maas, Sonique, Chicane, Blank & Jones, and Seb Fontaine. He owns his own record label, Adjusted Music.
